Lemon balm has been used for centuries for anxiety, depression, insomnia, migraines, viral infections, indigestion and many other ailments. It is one of the oldest and most used herbs world wide, and one of my personal favorites. Calendula has also been widely used in tea. It is a gentle, pleasant tasting flower with cleansing and soothing properties.
