Instructions:
- Start with clean, dry feet
- Peel Foot Pads from adhesive backing paper and place the sticky sides toward the skin, onto the center of each foot. Do not soak foot pads in water prior to application.
- Press the pads firmly to secure in place.
- Wear the pads while sleeping for at least eight hours.
- Wash/Dry Feet after each use and dispose the used pads.
